After signing up, how soon do I get my workout?
Workouts are available on our mobile app immediately after signing up. You will have access to the current weeks workouts.
How much does it cost to cancel?
Nothing, Zero, Nada! You can cancel anytime by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where is the best place to perform these workouts?
All workouts are best performed at a gym where proper equipment is available. Of course, those who do not have access to a full gym may go ahead and modify the workouts to fit their situation. The best results would be gained from working out at a gym with your standard equipment.
Who is this program designed for?
Great question! This program is designed for anyone at any level of experience in the gym or those who are sick and tired of their routine. Whether you are new to the gym or a very experienced weightlifter, this is perfect for you. We make it very easy to follow, but best of all, you will see results when following the TDT program!
How does our split training program work?
Both TDT Original & TDT Ladies change training blocks approximately every 8-10 weeks, depending upon the program. This is very important as we never want to keep our members on the same routine. Why is this important? First, your body can and will adapt to the same routine, and you will start to plateau at some point. A workout plateau occurs when your body adjusts to the demands of your workouts. You may start to feel unmotivated during a workout plateau, bored with your workouts, or find that you don't feel like going to the gym. This is a sign that you may be ready to try a new training style. Lastly, leaving TDT in charge of the programming will take the guesswork out of designing the next 8 to 10 weeks of training.
What does a split workout look like?

*Our programs follow the example split above with each workout being different from the next. You won't repeat the same workout each day/week.

Do you include cardio training in this program?
Unfortunately, we do not include a cardio program as we feel this is something you can incorporate into your routine when and as needed. We suggest you incorporate a cardio program that suits your needs.
Can I switch between programs at any time?
You bet, you can switch at any time at no cost, when launching the app just choose which program you'd like to start! It's that easy.
